Our Philosophy:
We
at Europa believe that one of the best ways to experience another
country's culture and traditions is through it's food. That is why we
only use the freshest ingredients and artisanal methods to provide our
guests with an authentic Italian culinary experience.
To
start, our menu was complied to present our guests with a sample of all
Italy has to offer. Each dish, from our Rigatoni all Norma to the
Cannoli, guarantee our guests to leave satisfied and filled with a
flavor of Italy.
The
centerpiece of Europa, our wood-fired brick oven is expertly handled by
professional pizza makers with a combined thirty years of pizza making
experience. We firmly believe the secret too good pizza is in the dough
and as such have perfected our dough recipe through years of trial and
error and combined with our hand-made mozzarella, proudly prepare each
pizza with the belief that ours is the best in Brooklyn.
